Interesting, new, different

I loved this book from start to the end.
The insightful story of the fitment of an internationally educated Criminal into the local criminal culture of India was interesting and so was the split and internal tension of Indian Underworld.
The female characters were all upbeat & intelligent living up to the cruel & tough crime world. I thoroughly enjoyed the read.

Magnificent book

Recently adored the book. I could identify and got such a great amount of connected with one female character that I wish the entire book had recently secured her. The creator has without a doubt made an out of this world showing for making the characters vivified and keeping them dissimilar from one another.
Granted that there is a genuine stuff additionally in the book and I don't think every last onlooker could have taken it however the writer has utilized the female characters so wonderfully that it keeps the book fans caught. Generally speaking a great read

Gripping

For one, it is refreshingly set in India--this is the first time I have read a thriller set in New Delhi, so the change in culture, visuals and basically everything else is a welcome treat.
Nivedita, a stylish young woman vacationing in India with her childhood friends, finds her life suddenly in disarray when her friends disappear and are found slain. From the other end of fate's spectrum is Abhaya, who shuffles into the fray as a jaded, worldly man who walks the earth with a huge hole in his heart. Despite his achievements, he could not get over the death of his brother. Their paths would cross and intersect due to a single suspect: Raul, the gangster in sheep's clothing. But instead of doing what their need for revenge compels them to do, the story takes a surprising turn and proceeds toward a climax that will drop your jaws.
`Not Just Fate' is a leisurely built-up suspense ride, with enough local color to reassure you it's all happening on the streets of India. Sharma takes her time to get to the meat of things: the build-up is slowly but surely, as she painstakingly give flesh and sinew to the personalities of each of the characters so much that by the time all hell breaks loose, you feel a palpable sense of loss.
Fans of the thriller genre will not be disappointed with `Not Just Fate', especially if they'd like something a bit different. As the first crime novel I've ever read to ever emerge from India, this book is a literary achievement in its own right. Highly recommended!
